To increase educational opportunities by creating support systems for Hispanic/Latino engineering and science students.
Academic support is provided to our members by forming study groups and obtaining free tutoring. Leadership, resume, and interviewing workshops are also provided for further support.

To carry out our social responsibility to be involved in education by outreaching to young minority students and encouraging them to pursue science and mathematics based majors.

To promote professional and personal growth by means of workshops, conferences, banquets and fieldtrips.
